Have you check the new sales for your local grocery stores yet?  Visit Southern Savers to find the best deals for the week.  If you're a Publix shopper, remember that the Publix sales are running from Monday of this week until Wednesday of next so the deals won't be new if you've looked at them in the past couple of days.
