I know you are now reading my blog and signing up for all these free samples and coupons. In doing so, your e-mail account might be a bit busier then it used to be. My suggestion is to open a gmail or yahoo e-mail account that you use just for couponing. Whenever you register for that free sample or newsletter, use the new address so that your main e-mail account does not become overloaded with e-mails you may not have time to go through everyday. This way you can visit the account a couple of times per week and do a mass delete if you have to!
