Target - Nextworth Eco-Friendly Trade-In Program

This sounds exciting even though a Target near me is not participating yet.  Hopefully one will be in the near future.  You know all those old electronics you have lying around that you aren't sure what to do with.  Target is starting a new in-store program to help the environment and get you FREE store credit for things you're not using any more!

This was launched this August in California, the Nexworth Trade-In Program allows you to take old electronic devices into participating Target stores and exchange them for store credit in the form of a gift card.  You can get up to $200 per item.  The program is currently rolling out in stores all over the United States and is expected to be available in around 850 stores by the end of the year.  So watch out for this program in your local Target!  Check out the participating locations!

If you want to get involved now, you can make trades online at no cost to you with their FREE printable shipping label.

You can trade in:
  • iPods or iPhones
  • Cell Phones
  • Cameras
  • e-Readers
  • Laptops
  • Video Games
  • Game Consoles
  • GPS Systems
  • Hard Drives & Other Media/Audio
  • DVD or Blu-Ray Movies
We are currently trying to prepare for a garage sale and in doing so I have found several old electronic items that I may send in!  If I do, I'll let you know how it goes!
